- Collection of first month’s rent + Deposit
- Key handover and Move in Pack documentation signed
- Meter Reading & Notification to Utility companies
- Transfer Funds & legal documentation to landlord
FULL MANAGEMENT PACKAGE
£400 initial payment then 12% from gross monthly rent.
